Why does loggin stop during loading?

The loggin bar for many people stops at about 1/3 to 1/4 the way after you type in password and choose to connect to server. Its working fine for me but for someone I know it is not. Personally for them it worked fine after they installed DirectX and Adobe Flash latest versions. Then when they chose to make it full screen it resumed this issue. Could someone explain why this issue is happening and possibly how to fix it? Thanks.

after the new interface i started gettin this problem even tho i have directx and adobe flash latest versions. try this cause it works for me. press ctrl+alt+delete to bring up task manager then right click on [Conqer 2.0] then minimize it then click back on it on the taskbar [minimize it a few times and bring it back up and it should log in]

anyone else got a way to add to this? is it possible to still keep old loggin screen? how?
