non warrior . blessed tao item ?

i got a confused questing.

non reborn warrior/archer -> can wear 2 1hand weapon like trojan with cheat engine. job id change
my questing is , can non reb warrior/archer/Trojan -> wear cap/bag/brac/robe/BS to blessed it.

how do a non reb warrior/archer/trojan wear tao gears?
how do i change in cheat engine for wear the tao gear. or can u give my some program hack. ^^

must they gear be 70 lvl below? not higher.

before they patch 5015 i use m hack program and try wear brac on my archer. it can do it.

after patch 5022.
cant wear .
