this happened to me and i dont use any kinda hacks or exploits with my main account i think this is wrong but hey if you really really hate some one keep reporting that they are using hacks with different accounts eventually they will send you to bot jail ive tried this on noob accounts ive made and it works!!!
the ultimate way of doing this is going to a library cause we all know tq tracks ip so if its coming from a bunch of other computers you can bet the person you hate will wind up in bot jail thats a promise its been tested and works happy banning
