Private Server Help?

Hi, i recently made a private server, and the default is, the monsters don't move, and the NPC's do absoloutly nothing, is there any way someone can help me out with how to code it in so the NPC have scripts, and maybe i could make the monsters move, also. Spells, and skill don't work, how can i make them work in the server???

You also used the guide from ~LightRuler~?
You need another source, try googling one, but without some coding expierience you wont make it.
