Help Me Make a Co Private Server

I wish to make a private server for Conquer and i would like helpers i dont no how ive tried using Light's tutorial and my file wont work or something.
I asked a dude who had a private server and he said my internet speed would be able to host one of the best Private Servers and this server will be up 27/7.

I need dedicated Helpers and i am looking for the following:

• GM's

• Coders
