Good, I am the coder of that server. :P
The server is a pvp server for testing purposes now.
You level up fast, make good equipment fast and then go pvp or create a guild and go to guild war with your buddies. Winners´guild's leader or a deputy leader can get a dragon ball scroll as long as they are marked as the last winners of the guild war.
Of course as the db scroll has been taken already, it can't be taken again, so the first one gets it.
The guild war will start again every time it ends endlessly.
As the server uses client version 5017 there's shopping mall, you can buy stuff from there for cps. You can get cps from mobs, there are specific items that give them.
If you dont want to level yourself, you can make many cps and level with exp *****.

Well the server will be online very soon.
