credite card error

i tried to log in site of buying dbs by credit card so many times and always have that message " sorry ,system busy , plrase try again later " i am trying for more than 2 months , and want to know if any one else have same proplem or what is the proplem for me ? :S

I think the best way to solve the problem is e-mail TQ about this problem. I do not buy DBs, so I do not face this problem. :P
