could anyone tell me wich program TQ used to make the itemtype.dat

They dont use a program, they just use an encryption method to encrypt the strings which conquer then decrypts to read.

i wanted to make an edited itemtype.dat and i read that u have to open them with the same programs that they are made with...
could you teach me how to make my own itemtype.dat with the [S] and stuff?
