I vote no on huseby's idea. IP banning somone could knock off routers/internet cafes, libraries or other public places. (Or even private ones if somone else gets that IP).
its pretty pointless to keep this topic going since you, nor i, decides who gets banned
and why bother posting a "ban request" topic instead of just PMing a mod?
