I need SOME HELP HERE

do you have any program or whatever tool i would need to open some CO files like .ini? because every time i open .ini files now would appear that "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect". Are there any things i would need and do? please help me, and it means a lot...

you can open ini with just notepad :O ..
right click > open with > nopepad
or open notepad and drag the ini file there
i think that should help :O
or you can open it with any text reader: wordpad, microsoft word..
