This has been asked a lot of times. The answer is still the same: no, you cant, its fixed.

Yeah TQ has made it serverside that you must be near the NPC (on screen) and that it is unequipped when repaired. Theres nothing we can do to get around that.

The only place that u can repair that i'm aware of that's not in town is Stanley in abyss. But You still have to pay him a visit as evulhounddog stated you have to be near npc.

I thought Xtreme-CO said his proxy could repair anywere(lab4 to be exact).i dident try it but thats just what he said....CID isnt working anyway so there isnt a way i guess

Fixed, there where allot of rb trojans using tao caps :P

your talking about repairing without unequiping and/or not having correct stats.that has been patch along time ago,but ask xtreme-co in the cid section I could swear he said you can repair on lab 4

didnt someone mention about having 2 accounts and both using praying stones?
through offline tg map, players can trade equips and repair
personally i think its stupid, because 2000vps wont take me more than 10mins to get, and about labby tokens, i dropped 90+ earth tokens on market floor last month. and still have 5 each in my storage
why waste money to buy praying stones? which cost 10+ times more than tokens
