I cant see the variables very well. Maybe post an attachment with the file. Also, I like to use Select instead of Switch, just a personal choice.
And yes, I do know how to send text in a specific window...but this will not work for conquer. Ive already tried and it doesnt allow send keys into the conquer window. Thats why my Ellipse is based on Control Clicks. I had to get all of the X-Y coordinates for Control Click so that my bot would click the F keys. I also made it so that it automatically detects your client size, so that the co ordinates dont get mucked up.
uhh not to be mean, but this wont work cause all its doing is sending "text" whenever you click the start button
the stuff in red... you dont need for this to work
the stuff in blue... is a sleep so that you have time to switch from your program to the necessary screen
also look up on GUICtrlRead function, in the help file
#include <GUIConstants.au3>
#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form1 = GUICreate("Hok's Autotalker for E*PVP", 594, 98, 189, 125)
GUISetBkColor(0x000080)
$Input = GUICtrlCreateInput("Input your text here.", 8, 48, 425, 21)
$Start = GUICtrlCreateButton("Start", 448, 24, 137, 57, 0)
GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, 0xFF0000)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###
TrayTip("Hok's AutoTalker for E*PVP", "Type what you would like to say in the box, then press start. Pressing Ctrl + Alt + x will stop the macro. Enjoy.", 10)
$nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
Switch $nMsg
Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
Exit
$nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
Switch $nMsg
Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
Exit
Case $Auto
EndSwitch
EndSwitch
While 1
$nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
Switch $nMsg
Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
Exit
Case $Start
Sleep(2000) ;makes it wait 2 seconds before it sends the message
Send("Hello")
EndSwitch
WEnd
$text = GUICtrlRead($Input) ;finds the value of $input
Send($text)
because atm all that it does is type the number 3
also try adding a Sleep() so that it doesn't type the text as soon as you click on the start button...
-Use search before posting
-Speak in full sentences
-Use correct grammer
-Speak English
change to German/English

Right- Now I'm just wondering, Why would it send 3...?
because autoit doesn't store text of a control in the variable it's set to
(the 3 is more of a reference point for the program)
Ex: instead of $text = GUICtrlRead($Input)
it's basicaly processing $text = GUICtrlRead(GuiControl_3)
(please note GuiControl_3 is not a real value just an example)

I am from the Conquer Online section, and this bot was made for Conquer. I am thinking it might work for this game too so give it a shot. Tell me if it doesn't work and fails horribly.

AutoTalker 04/28/2008 - CO2 Bots & Macros - 8 Replies Welcome to my AutoTalker- which is currently in an alpha stage (AKA I made it in five minutes and want feedback.) Warning: I made this bot with autoit, and scanners will sometimes show autoit files as Trojans, but you can decompile the code with any autoit decompiler from .exe to .au3 and read it over.
Thanks is accepted! If you like it, press the thanks button. I need more feedback though.
Instructions:
1. Open the AutoTalker
2. (Have Conquer or any other game open, or open it now)
