i got a problem with the vps bug(you lvl a noob to 33,333 pct,25,50,75 pct)
i lvled my noob to 50 pct(he was lvl 28)
i killed him...i got no vps,i lvled him back to50 pct and killed again
nO VPS!

First u get vps for each lvl. Then when ur noob gets to lvl about 50-60 u start getting vps each 25,50 whatever percent. I know after 60 u get em for sure So lvl him more and u will see.
