Anyone can hide the guard's HP bar?

Hiding the guard's HP bar. I was find a thread about this few days ago but it didn't work. Can anyone help to do it myself? Or tell me the way how to do it Thanks

Use a monster.dat decrypter (I have seen one on this forum), decrypt the file, then change the name of "Guard1" and "Guard2" to "adfsjhjeima" or any other thing. Then re-encrypt the file.

I already tryed it but the decrypter wasn't working. I need other way

The decrypter does work, you're probably not doing it right...
