I got the .c3 and .dds files for the Dragon Soul Bow from Reg Co. I'm trying to replace the level 130 bow with that. I got the .dds file to work but it is still loading the .c3 file from the old one. Anyone have idea's?
You could find it yourself, all the information is in the weapon.ini. As long as you know the weapon item ID, you'd be able to find the mesh/texture ID.
For example, the 130 blade is ID 410339.
In the weapon.ini, just ctrl + f 410339 and it'll give you a result with mesh/texture IDs.
