Does SV still exist/work?

Hello! I used to play CO a few years back, and used SV alot. I've decided to return, and was thinking about getting Scriptvessel again, but just in case, does it still exist? And also, I noticed a while back more people were getting bot jailed, so does that mean the gms are finaly sorting out the botters? Is there now more chance of getting botjailed than before? I might not be willing to take the risks :P

pretty sure SV died off, but if you are into making alot of cps id recommend using COG proxy

There probably to busy stopping CoF and CoG too bother with their bot.
