Can someone provide me with a test function for these C++ chocoman4k has written?

I have never encountered encryption.decryption related stuff, i don't even how how to get started writing the test function other than initializing the file streams.

Please help me

Yes i have read through it, but they are not annotated enough. Besides, the original decryption algorithm link is broken. I haven't have any experience with de/en, it's almost impossible for me to figure out what's going on, lol
