Question letme ask something

It's true cuz we can't get sock in tc now? Jemmy[GM] said that and i wanted to ask, cuz i got sock in 5002ptch at in my ref 1 lvl ring but if i need 12 ******' db's to du the firs't socket i will leave the CO

not really sure, but at least they lowered the soc rate even more so that it is nearly impossible to get a soc
