New Bug?

I have seen some taoits non Reborn with high level weapons, They all said they doesn't leveled the weapons at market, Anyone know how they wear that without lvl it ?

if you want, you can level up a weapon in market wether you have the right attribute points or not (same for proficiency) so a tao can have a weapon at any level, but if they unequip it they cant re equip it. (i found out when i leveld my archers bow to 95 then realised i only had the proficiency for the level 85 bow[after haloween quest, i leveld from 89-99 and upgraded my bow T_T])
