how do i get out of bot jail without giving dbs? help me pls

You don't. It's been fixed so that you MUST pay the dbs. Leaving you with the options of..
1) Paying the dbs
2) Deleting your account and restarting
3) Begging GM's till they just flat out ignore all your pleas
4) Quitting conquer
