what do i use to edit server.dat? when i use notepad, conquers says that server.dat is damaged or failed to open.

Weird.., Xproxy wont work for me =(

It connects, on my screen it says logging/conneting into server, then theres a problem that occured with Xproxy >_>

weird. Try redownloading it. I put a new one up. It was my first attempt at a proxy and has some poorly made code in it xD I should remake it. If anyone wants to add me to msn I could better find out what the issue is.

As for the server.dat having a problem, you need a cracked client to use this.

OK, thx to the cracked version i was able to logon, but with lots of errors in game. maybe cause i was using 5005 client. i'm reinstalling co and patching up to4356. maybe that will help.

i reinstalled co, using 4356 now, but still the same, lots of errors and d/c eventually

Yes, its very unstable, but i can logon, PROBLEM - i cant get Cracked Sv to work. Weird.

That is what i did with the xproxy.cfg, as my local ip address is 192.168.2.101
and with my server ip as the above says.. problem is.. i still cant connect and still getting the error about my clients version.. any help? do i still need to edit something on my server.dat?

If you're having disconnect problems, tell me as much info as you can like did something spawn incorrectly or something and I'll look into it.

Also, if you get an "unknown error" it's either incorrect password or any of the other errors.

In my case , Conquer.exe just disappear after i keyed in my username and pass . At the "Connecting to account server..." screen .

And proxy shows this :

That's obvious. Anything having to do with nobility ranks (I'm guessing they display in the friend window) will have been changed 3f6, friend list, 3ee, etc etc.

And yea, it wasn't too big of a problem from the last patch either. All packets remained unchanged 4356-5015 lol. The biggest change was some useless padding in the 3f6 (15 whole **** bytes added for no apparent reason)
