If I'm translating that right then you're saying you want to scam people by making a fake conquer site, in which case you need to make the site yourself, probably using something like frontpage or dreamweaver. Images are easy enough to take from the conquer site so most of the work is likely gonna be copy + paste.
As a side-note, I really, reallllllly dislike scamming.
