i was wondering what are the chances the the tough drill making a soc (low or High) and will lucky time help?

There is a 75 % chance, you probably will get the soc, Im not sure but I think lucky time works, and it's proven if you have more then 15 mins of lucky time, the affect often works more.

WRONG.... You dont have 75% chance..
More like 30-40% chance.. or less..

How do you explain all the people that used it 4+ times? thats not 75%..

I tried 3 times total on my armor, and still no 2nd soc..

Just because something is 75% doesn't mean it'll work 75% of the chance unless you do it like 100k times.

It could be 99% for all we know.

Try to look at the CO forums.. They also have a thread about it..

Most people need at least 3+ times average to make 2nd soc..

Some people are lucky to get a 2 soc first time they try. Others use 7 tries for each of their items..

Roflmao...dude...you have not any chance if you`re not 2nd rb xD this sounds stupid...but...ehh...i know 2nd rbs and all big chars have much more luckys...try it with a normal low level stuff and its 75% you`ll get socket...but maybe not lmao...but thats a much better way than something high level with high + and super or elite...whatever...lmao, i say dont try it..you just waste your money

One of my friends just 2 socket'ed all his super gears, Stuff I assumed would fail... He used 1 drill on each gear... only 1 out of how many he used ever failed him. Hope my luck goes as good once I try

The site talks about increased chances of socketing when UPGRADING an item in tc or market, not with drills.

If we want to be logical, seven though horns should GIVE the actual second soc. (Since you'd have accumulated 7 star drills). So I'd say there is a 15% chance of second soc'ing the gear. I never really tried though.

hit 2nd soc for a refine boot in the first try... make it super using another 6 dbs..

try again on a refine soc ring..
Failed 6x for trying on a refine soc ring...

So it seems like the quality of an item doesnt matter (not like upgrading unique/elite/super stuff with mets)
