hey guys, this may be out already, but my archer went to bot jail for no reason, it wasnt only me, also a bunch of my friends who are also archers, what should i do?

When i try it on mobs i saw that its still doing the same damage with its real values.So, its cilent sided or i am doing mistake somewhere?If its cilent sided char's status info shouldnt be changed isnt it ? Confused :S
