I would, but heres a better idea, store the passwords as the hashes coming in, encrypted as they are. Just make the password auto-set when logging in the first time, and if person wants to change, simply add a command, which sets a flag that on next logon, store that password hash as the new password.

Thank you for your reply.
We already do that for the server itself, but we wanted to let ppl log onto the site to change personal info, contact emails and such, plus getting ppl to create password with account would hopefully reduce spam accounts.

Well thought it would fit in this section.
Most of the sources I seen works this way: the first time an account login, it takes the "encrypted" password received and set it in the database. I've been trying to figure the encryption used, but with no success, my ASM skills just sucks.
So, could anyone decent with assembler/debugging help me with this?

Was it ever released? I know it was hiding in dev section for some time but I don't know if it ever got out. If it has, a friendly link to where to? Or if not, maybe an explanation? It's quite a weird encryption at first glance. Thanks in advance.
