so i got into this OS a few days ago. anyone mind guiding me thru all the processes? like what i need to install, play, and prolly hack conquer xD. all help will be greatly appreciated...
u cant connect to internet from backtrack and its not os its program that run under ubunty os.This isnt full os just some parts of it and it is used for hacking wifi wep/wpa/wpa 2 passwords
i thought it was a whole live dvd,but anyway.
you need directx drivers installed witch you cant do from a live dvd without havig a partion.
if your wanting to play with linux,screw the live dvds and make youeself a 10gig partion and install a disto.

I am doing this because i forgot to make a backup and had to reinstall :cry: , i am making this so others don't have to go throw what i did. So enjoy, and remember to backup all files that you edit/replace, it sucks to have to reinstall conquer and all add-ons you have added just because of a little blunder. No need for karma, this is just a backup nothing more.

Cutting Conquer Back 03/26/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 0 Replies I was bored at school one day and tryed to get CO to work on one of the machines but it wouldnt let me install it so i installed it to my friends 2GB IPOD and it worked had my fun, but then i realised i have a 1GB usb flash drive so i wanted to try and cut conquer back by deleting any un necessary files, maps, sounds etc i was wondering if anybody has tryed this before and if any1 would like to offer any assistance.
