More Frames Per Second
"The Birdmen problem"
Every archer above lvl 120 knows it : when you are plvling your water taos
or other noobs in bird island then you are always lagging . You only have
2 frames per second and your ping always goes up to 1000ms.
Solution
- Remove all effects which increases your performance in twin city and market
but there is almost no improvement at the birdmen spawns .
And this is why I suggest new birdman models . The programm code of conqueronline
was not made for calculating thousands of monsters . The models have too many
polygones which should be replaced by new models with less
polygones and smaller-sized textures .
The motions of the birdman could be deleted what increases
the performance also .
Can any experienced CO-coder build a program or build models and
files to increase the game speed while playing at birdman spawns ?

Mesh = model without texture. and there is a mesh folder.
Anyways the problem is more that TQ coders suck. With the amount that has to be display it would be more frames. but tq is lazy and stuck a 39fps limit because they cant code for ****.

dam.... i having problem on my frps.... can you teach me how to remove all effects which increases your performance in any areas specially on market and tc!

I think making them smaller, like just so you could see them, would help a lot. You can do this by editing the monster.dat(I think). I think you could also get rid of ALL the crappy item images/names making it so you see next to no unnecessary **** on the screen. Can't think of anything else.

If i delete 3Deffect.ini.... what Kind of things will be gone on my client?(like no more effect things or something)..... Can someone tell me?

don't delete the contents just what is written in it, that's first. Second all effects will be taken out, including ss, fb, and even the flowers around the lovestone in the market.

It's not the effects, it's the **** all over the ground... hundreds of gold piles and items. The easiest fixes I can think of are:
1. make the sycee/gold not show
2. run a bot (who can tank hawks) and have it on your team, looting all the money
Edits...
Notice how it doesn't lag like hell until a strong archer kills so much that the ground is full of drops?

What do I have to do, that the money isnt shown anymore??
Is it also possible that, if your using an edited itemtype.dat, that nothing else then refined or higher stuff will be shown (of course non +1 stuff then)?

That's easy. If you just delete the items in the itemtype.dat you don't want to show. Like normal armors, weapons, headgear, etc.

Hi,
mein Problem ist, dass seit ich ein neues Mobo habe, die Frames bei GW im Keller sind.
Ich habe einen Intel Pentium D @ 2,8 GHz, Asus P5Q Pro und eine 7950 Gx2.
Habe das Mobo eingebaut und Vista Ultimate installiert.
Die Frames in Guild Wars sind seitdem bei Grafik einstellung Low bei 15-20fps. Früher waren es 60-70fps auf high.
Woran könnte es liegen?
