Buying 5017 Private Server Source

Source I am Using: Redux 2.9
Programming Language: c#

Here is some of the stuff i need fixed

All Basic NPC need to be Coded in (shops and warehouse work so does buying items)

Arrows don't delete from inventory when they have been used using scatter

Tc bridge cant cross that to get into robins

Make users start with a lvl 1 coat and a bow or blade or bs depending on what class they pick

Quests i would want
MoonBox
Snake Islands
Ancient Devil
First rb quest
2nd rb quest
Dis City
Blue mouse quest

You can either quote me for all above or just one of the list
will also have future jobs as i cant code in c# right now but i am learning

anyways back on topic quote here or in p message or skype

i will update a list of the npcs i will need in a day or two

updated list of what i need i don't care if you rip the code from another source and convert it for redux 5065 same with quests they don't need to be coded from scratch

I am still looking for a fully functional server but now would like to be be based on patch 5065 i already have the source i wish to use Redux all would need done is all npcs added make sure everything is working as it meant to
