Returning to Conquer!!

Hi i am an old vet of conquer and i want to return, i miss the pvp action n the friends i made along the way... anyway.. i need some help if someone could be so kind..

1) what is a good USA server not over populated with all +12s.
2) anyone selling gears on a server like i listed above? (im willing to spend about 400$)
3) i need someone to bot me a character to 130 130 130 idc what it is pure ninja pure monk or if i can choose a combo that works too! (i will pay for this service, i really want a ninja war trojan/monk)

1. Columbus is a regional server with USA players only.
2. As a price reference, +12s are generally $200-250USD now.
3. Buy an account, you can always reincarnate to different classes.

thx!! i dont want +12s lol i def dont have enough $$ for all that... id like +8s and +7s

i worry about buying accts because i dont want them to be stolen back... i wanted to give someone acct info to bot it up for me and then msg me when its done and i will pay for reincarnations and all that if necessary.
