Scammer
Attached picture shows it all. What happened was, he shows the boots in a trade window. Gives his paypal email. Cancels the trade. Then, after I tell him that the payment was sent, he says he has to go check. He logs off his char. A few minutes later system message says that he deleted his char.
I've notified my credit card company. They will take care of it. I'll get my money back. Any account where that money is transferred to will be flagged for fraud and my credit card company and the scammer's banker/card issuer will figure out how to deal with him.

Before buying such gears such as +12's you should ask for a vouch before purchasing, but goodluck to the both of you for your cases.

On Storm server this guy goes by nickname FreakySven, full +12 monk from Germany, a while ago he bought +12 necky and some other stuff from here .
I transferred to Storm from Dark server a while ago with several people, we joined their side, then some **** happened and we split up.
