Am i banned??

when i try to get to the combat arms site it will not load and it has been like this for a month. i am wondering if i am ip banned?

no if you are banned it will stand there (oder wie das auf englisch heißt xD) If you are banned the side will still load

But when i try it on my slower computer i can get to the site and it loads unlike my fast computer so i want to find the problem so i can play.

do u use wlan with ur faster computer?
and with your slower computer lan ? or maybe a virus ?
Mh, we dont know any informations about your pc etc. and u want an answer from us ? xD.. well, try it again with lan, and do a virus scan with ..
THE BEST IDEA:
try to login INGAME, if you can login, you arent banned.
srsly for my bad english, im on with ipod touch and my english isnt
