Try to set the compability to Windows 2000!
If this not work, download the tool HiJackThis (google it!).
Then push the button [Scan] and let the tool scan your system.
After this click all files, that come in the list, and click [Fix].

er hat mods benutzt weshalb sich die rez dateien nicht upgedatet haben......der versionen scanner sagt er hat ne alte version.....aber der update ist schon fertig......heißt es währe ne endlosschleife.....

you have to reinstall the game....and wehn you again use mods make an backup from the .rez files.....

bringt nichts......als ich früher mods benutzt ahbe wahr genau das......

ich habe aber immer eine kopie vom original ordner zum modden benutzt wehalb ich cniht immer neu instalieren musste......

also bei meiner schwester haben wir das gleich problem(mein kollege wollt drauf spielenis geiler sound :P)wir hatten das neu installiert keine mods und so aber uns is das jetzt eigentlich egal
