Geh mal InGame auf Clan -> Create Clan, dann wenn dein Rang hoch genug ist kannste direkt einen machen, wenn nicht wird angezeigt was es kostet und welches Ranking du brauchst.

Schau auf die Rängeliste in Combat Arms da steht ab welchem Rang du was Freischaltest !
