Note that this might not work for you or d/c you, for Win7 or Vista users, d/c me on my XP OS.

I have found some working chams tested on Vista that work with no D/C. Must use Perx to inject tho.

Instructions
Open up Perx
Inject D3D9.dll, ANY BYPASS, and Hack.dll
Log in to CA
Open up the menu (Insert) and choose the hacks you want
Join a game and own.
