You have create a acc ,because you can login .. You cant create a charakter .. -> Close your antivir system and deinstall and install it again.. After this you create charakter and then you can turn your antivir on ..
Did you try to contact Nexons support yet? This looks kinda confusing to me but I've heard of it before. Have you tried multiple names or the same name repeatedly?
