in egypt ,, u Should Download the Eu Verison So u Could be able to play

You can play Combat Arms NA, not EU.

You get the error code -2 10060, right?
Just browse for it in the Nexon forums of Combat Arms EU, there are enough threads how to fix this...
Or try reinstalling your game with this client:
