About the Character hack, you can use it in every server with any normal character(you can use Super Spy, etc.). Many more things can be found, but I'm too lazy to search. If you have any questions, just ask.

I don't think character hack is allowed in CAEU and does it ban you soon?

What do you mean by allowed? "Patched"?
The source it self is not banable, but if someone screens you using Super Spy for example and reports you, you'll get banned. But if you use normal chars there shouldn't be a problem.
