It´s pretty easy to figure out how a list works. You are Looking which Item was the last one. For example in CA is broadcasted, that the Decklands F2000 Tactical 90D and the M416 CQB CAMO 90D camed out from normal myst weapon.
According to the list, which is public in NexonEU, you´ll know, that now the CQB CAMO Should came out perm after 1h. 10mintes and 12 seconds.
And that´s how it works.

But you don´t have only to write down the weapons, you have to write down the times between each weapon, for a good list
