method to make someone to be host in QR 100% working

I got a way to make someone host infected in the mode Quarantine Regen
I want 20K NX for the way, its the most Over power trick in the game in my opinion. It is working 100%.

I can also not being host infected and it works alot of times like 90% of the time in a 16 players game.
