I've created a small software to keep track on what IP I've used to do what.
It's basically a small database using an encrypted JSON file, in case it is accessed from someone else and you don't want your IPs to be displayed to all.
It works very simple and base, on open it will display your current IP in use (external public IP).
You can then register it (add it to the data.json file) after specifying what you used that IP for.
You can check if the IP is already listed inside the data.json and what it has been used for.
You can remove the IP from the data.json file.
Your IP address won't be published nor registered in any online services, it is all local on your PC, the only service used by my software is
to check which external address is in use.Note: There is false positive antivirus recognition due to obfuscation and encryption of the software, you may have to exclude it from your antivirus.
VirusTotal scan (there is false positives):

I'm releasing it for free, since it was just an utility software for me.
If you want any updates or edits on the functionality let me know.
Hope it comes in hand.
