Closers/SoulWorker hack

Can anyone make/sell a hack for either Closers (just to see if it's possible/fun) or SoulWorker (because **** Valofe)?

I know they're both technically dead games, so motivation to make it would be low/non-existent, but I at least still play Closers 😂
