Looking to work with someone to create a program/app that has to work with ios and android some how, basically I need a way to be able to advertise on messenger group chats via mobile as the target audience are people using their phones to sell on messenger group chats. If possible could make it a subscription based thing and can talk numbers at a later stage, just need to know if it’s possible.

Only want to work with 21+ year old with fluent English.

There is definitely a market for this targeted at the black market messenger group chats.

It is possible but in a different method
could be something like broadcast with targeting audience (you choose your tags, ages, country, etc) and set the budget you want and the tool will automatically generate the ads for you in fb ads manager
