Looking for a developer with a heavy back-round in cheat coding, specifically for cs-go

Everything must be built from the ground up, including the loader. I would prefer it be HWID unlocked and am happy to pay a monthly fee for updates, I'd also like it to have an auto-updater.
Not interested in any visuals. This cheat will be used for super legit play to be used in league games.
