Looking for a developer for a cheat on bluestacks (Streetbal allstar)

Currently looking for a developer that has experience making a cheat on bluestacks/emulator.
This is a mobile game and a simple bot like autoblock, Auto reb and any other functions that will gain advantage against the other team would be nice
