Budget: Realy depends on what the end Product is. Could be 100€ - 500€

I'm looking for someone that helps me developing a script, that automates my work.
I'm selling Spotify Premium Upgrades on eBay and want to:

+ Send Messages when customer buys
+ Send Product when i recive the payment
+ Some Product spezific automation steps
+ Write Customer & ProductID into a Database
+ Mark Order as shipped

I also got a bit Python knowledge, but not enough time to realize this by myself.
It doesnt have to be Python, a web based solution with php for example would also be fine. Or tell me what ideas you've got.
Would pay ofc money for your help!
