some of you may know me as "high-quality but expensive AI expert" and not as "cheap worker". However as my clients usually not solely want an AI to be built, but also some kind of App, Website, etc. I started working together with several other developers especially from quite cheap areas of the world. Mainly due to the fact, that I handled everything complex and gave the simple tasks to the cheap developers. This works amazingly well and this is also the reason why I want to offer a similar service to everyone here.
You may ask: "Wow why should I give the task you, if I simply could find a few cheap workers on my own?" That is an extremly good question and I will give you just a few things, you benefit from, if you "hire" me instead of the cheap worker directly.

Your Advantages

- Mostly there is a big timezone difference and if your working day does not coincide with their working time, there will be short nights and hardly any sleep for you. As I am working day in and out with these freelancers, I already adjusted my working time to theirs (which is not too hard, if you are freelancer on your own).
- Finding good freelancers is hard. I think you also know that. Now triple this "difficulty" for people coming from India or other cheap countries, because there the education level is generally lower than in europe. I already have a preselected selection of around 10 freelancers from all areas, which I worked with and I know their skills and references.
- By acting as a controlling body, you can send all wishes and conditions directly to me. Hopefully I will understand it quickly and you have no stress explaining your problems to an Indian with broken English.
- Since I myself have extensive knowledge in all sorts of areas, I can pretty much estimate what are good prices, what time the project will need, etc. That means it will be hard for an developer to make cheeky prices. So the only one, who may give you too high prices, may be me. However I operate on a quite fixed rate. Therefore you know my costs in beforehand.
- I love fixed price projects. Therefore I will try to estimate together with the freelancer a good amount of working hours and then give you a final price. If the amount of hours differ slightly, I will pay them from my money.
- If the original developer we/I chose is not able to finish the task due to missing knowledge or similar, I will take his tasks and finish them on my own or find someone else, who will be able to make the task for almost the same amount of money.
- You have a certain level of legal security. Because all bills etc. would come directly from me and I am also the legal person for you if something goes wrong. That means in any case, if something really escalated, you can easily get and sue me. Even though I'm absolutely not a fan of escalations. I think there are always other solutions!

Prices

The prices vary from task to task and from freelancer to freelancer. A cheap developer starts at 8€/h and more expensive ones reach up to 30€/h. In most scenarios 10€/h is the price you can estimate for your work.
But be aware that this is only the price for the developer. I will of course not be liable for everything and manage/communicate everything for free. My general costs per working hour are 80-100€. This means I will not go (on purpose) beyond 80€, because then I could also develop some solutions for one of my customer and may have the same amount of "money". Do not take me wrong. Money is not the most important thing, but I know my price and quality work in general costs more than cheap work.
So what does this mean in detail for you? I estimate 1h of work from me for 6h of work for the "cheap worker". This means if we hire someone for 10€/h, you pay about 25€/h. This is still the half/a third of a west european freelancer for nearly the same level of quality.

As mentioned, I will talk to you and get all wishes collected. I will always inform you what the current state of the project is. My main tasks are
- Find the fitting freelancer for your project
- Make sure everything works as you want it to work
- Make sure the delivered quality is on a high level and if not, add the quality on my own
- Make invoicing and similar easier for you
- Solve problems, which are too complex for the cheap freelancers
- Be liable for everything happening (as I am in european/germany, you may reach me quite easily)
- Kick freelancers in the ass, if they are not delivering or too slow
- Keep up all night to communicate with people from the other side of world
- Make your project to be fun! (This is really important! I hate working solely for money! I want you and me to have fun!)
This is all I offer you! The biggest advantage for you is to get a german developer and the knowledge of an AI/Algorithm expert, if needed, for a cheap pricing. "Made in Germany" whenever needed and otherwise outsourcing to save costs!
