[Buying] Coder for key transmission over Server.

I am searching a coder who can code me following program:

If i press a certain key, for example "2" the Program should transmit it to every other instance of itself on VServers with Windows.

I just want to run this Program on different VServers and my Own PC.
Therefore a Server to transmit the Traffic shouldn't be a Problem.
