[Buying] Wordpress Coder for Esport Site

im searching a coder for a esport website.

The esport website includes the start page + around 8-9 other pages like a News overview, team and squad page, partners page, about us page, matches and so on.

The website should be coded very well, so that the client can manage everything in the backend. He needs to be able to edit/add news, the teams, players, sponsors etc. Also it should be responsive of course.

Budget: around 200,00€

Its just existing as PSD file, not sliced yet.
