125€ / hour is a little over average for an (professionel) freelancing developer

its likely that you will find someone doing it for less but the project will struggle when problems start to occur or any extensions has to be done (because noone who has knowledge will do it for less since it even takes more than 2 hours developing time before you start to write code)

Because the game's is leaked since 7 years ago and you have to only call 3 internals function when the exact behavior is know and no bypass or any security?

you forgot about taxes, health insurance, etc. (which is more than an regular employee has to pay) + the fact that freelancer doesn't work 24/7, because they need to find projects to get paid for (unlike employee's who get paid for x hours)
