Improved Tornado!

This is an improved fixed tornado much better than the old one and also less lag than the old version!!!


extract the folder and place it in the effects folder!

well i dont have the original one and please dont ask me for it cuz i never save a back up... i mod for my own enjoyment and just posting it up to share with people who might be interested...

please know that it is at ur own risk to use it. YOU should've known better to save a back up before replacing ur original file just incase u dont like it.
